As you all know, we love to brag about our distributors. We delight in creating lasting relationships with our distributors and feel proud of our distributors for creating that same level of trust with their customers. This week the love goes to one of the UK’s leader in car care products, services, and advice, Polished Bliss.
Polished Bliss started, as most successful companies do, with a love of craft. In 2006 Richard Cooper turned his zeal for car care into a lucrative business. Along-side his wife Angela and partner Clark Aitken, Richard focused on building a business that offers top quality products, professional services, and expert advice to all customers. But it was the partners’ keen ability to know their customer base that sets them apart from other detailing companies.
Richard, a former research scientist, has indeed made a science out of choosing the right products for his customers and negotiating prices from manufacturers to make sure that his eclectic customer base is well served. Their commitment to customer service never waivered when in 2013, they made the decision to focus exclusively on online sales. And although some of their local customers were dismayed, Polished Bliss knew that this change would mean an increase in productivity to the benefit of all their customers. This diligence in making their customers priority number one has been a signature trademark for the company and has lead to a growth in online sales almost double in size.
So what’s next for Richard and the gang at Polished Bliss? The end of this month marks a decade in business. “Our plan for the next five years is to grow our online operation further, and reinforce our position as one of the UK’s leading suppliers of detailing products”, says Richard. And we have no doubt that’s exactly what they’ll do.
Check out their custom version of Braun Automotive’s line of Wheel Woolies; with an extended the handle of the medium brush and ultra-soft polypropylene heads that are a little bit denser and longer. These amendments help to increase coverage and cleaning power for customers with wide wheels and extra large break calipers.
