What's in a warranty?

That quote is from 1995’s comedy, “Tommy Boy.” There are many comical iterations of the phrase throughout the movie – the hapless son confuses the phrasing and unintentionally distorts the meaning. It’s a movie gag, but got me thinking about the purpose of a guarantee or warranty on a product.

I’ve never offered a warranty for any of our Braun Automotive or Wheel Woolies brushes and honestly it’s because I’ve never really had to. I’ve had very few complaints about the quality of our brushes and any issues we’ve had over the years were solved quickly, easily, and to the satisfaction of our customers. Simply put, if you trust the company you’re buying from, then you trust the product. It’s more important to me to have a relationship with my distributors than it is to write a guaranty on packaging. Braun Automotive is known for creating the best wheel cleaning brush and we plan to keep that reputation.

 At Braun Brush we understand the confidence you place in us by placing an order and we will do our very best to earn it. If you are not satisfied with any Braun product you may return it for a full refund. All we ask is that you return it within 60 days of the date you received it in its original condition. If you have a problem with a product even after the 60-day period, please contact us, we want to know about it and make it right. That’s our guarantee and always will be.
